The tour to the Black Forest was wonderful. Daniel demonstrated a lot of knowledge about all the beautiful places we passed, in addition to having a lot of patience in translating into different languages and kindness with the customers. We definitely recommend.

Martin was a friendly, considerate driver who pointed us to the main attractions. Comfortable coach and good audio guide that provided historic and other interesting details. We had enough time at each stop to explore, shop, and get lunch in Riquewihr. Martin provided us with bottles of water after each stop, which was much appreciated on our 32 degree day. Well planned day!

Excellent tour, comfortable minibus, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and water. Martin is an excellent driver and guide. He is attentive to all the needs of the group. Entering the castle and visiting all the possible towns on the way to Colmar is worth it.

This is a must-do tour - the charm of these French villages were breathtaking! The driver, who was also our guide, William, was very pleasant, and I liked the idea that this was basically an independent tour. We had ample time to explore the Castle Haut-Koenigsbourg and the Alsace villages on our own. In Colmar, be sure to go into the Tourist office to get helpful tips and to view the Venice canal area. Be mindful, however, that this tour starts at the bus station which is not in the heart of Strasbourg so we needed to take a taxi to get there. It is initially confusing once there because of the many buses, but look instead for a large black passenger van bearing the tour logo for pick up. Unbeknownst to us, there were no taxi's at the bus station for the return trip to town, so we had to enlist the help of a local to assist with purchasing a tram ticket and which one to take us to the Strasbourg train station near our hotel.

Great way to see highlights of Alsace. A long day but plenty of free time in the towns. Very efficient way to see a lot.

Excellent experience. Easy access to the meeting point, very good punctuality, the information on the bus was very interesting, the bus was very comfortable, the stops for visits along the route were well scheduled with enough time to enjoy and explore. Special mention for the guide/driver. Always willing to help, very kind and attentive.

A very good way to see the most of Alsace in one day. The castle Haut-Koenigsbourg is a stunning reconstruction. Careful, if you go there on Monday, it opens at 10:30. Your schedule will take a half an hour delay. Riquewihr and Kaysersberg are among the most beautiful villages of France. Colmar is a jewel. I wonder however if a 2 hour visit isn't a bit too short. The small train is practical but it's hard to take pictures. The "guide" is in fact the driver. The information is given by an audioguide. We are blessed with an excellent driver, Mohammed. I got lost while trying to get back at the meeting point under pouring rain in Kaysersberg. He called and came to find me! Thank you Mohammed!
