Wadi Ghul - Oman's Grand Canyon
We'll leave Muscat to Jabal Shams, Before we start driving up to Jabal Shams we make a stop to see the ancient village of Wadi Ghul 2000 years old located at the foot of Mountain Ghul and can be seen on your way to Jabal Shams, it has been abandoned by its inhabitants and no one remained in, it has been built of solid stones.
Jebel Shams
From there we continue our trip driving up to Jabal Shams (Jabal Mean Mountain, Shams Mean Sun), this mountain road drives up to the Jebel Shams Mountain (The Grand Canyon of Oman) 3009 Meters it's one of the most adventurous mountains in Oman, offering exciting off-road experiences and fantastic views, we reach the canyon view which is 2000 meters we stop there and we enjoy the view and photo.

5.00With a lot of humor, warmth and knowledge, Fahad has brought us closer to the fantastic nature of Oman. We had a wonderful day. Jabal Shams - simply impressive! Picnic at Wadi Nakhar with a short hike - just great. Al Hamra and Misfat - so original.

5.00This is an excellent tour for anyone looking to explore the area around Al Hamra. We booked it mainly to get to Jebel Shams, since most tours pair it with Nizwa, which we had already visited. We’re very glad we chose this one as both Wadi Nakhr and Misfat al Abriyyin turned out to be well worth the stops. Our guide, Ali, was extremely friendly and shared lots of knowledge about Omani culture, history, and hospitality, and we were especially impressed by his off-roading skills. Despite covering many locations, the trip felt very accessible and comfortable throughout.

5.00Had an awesome time with Fahad showing us some amazing sites of this beautiful country. Fahad was very friendly, full of information and made sure we had plenty of time at all the sites he showed us. The tour is a full day covering some pretty amazing places - we were already having a great time in Oman and this tour made our experience there even better
