St. Paul's Church (Paulskirche)
St. Paul's Church is usually only visited from the outside. An independent tour of the interior is recommended after the guided tour. St. Paul's Church in Frankfurt am Main is an important historical building that was built between 1789 and 1833. It served as the main church of the Evangelical Lutheran community and in 1848 became the meeting place of the Frankfurt National Assembly, the first freely elected parliament in Germany. Paulskirche was destroyed during the Second World War and rebuilt in 1948 as Frankfurt's first historic building1. Today it is used as an exhibition, memorial and meeting place and is a symbol of the German democracy movement. St. Paul's Church is particularly well known for the annual awarding of the Peace Prize of the German Book Trade.
Paulsplatz
Paulsplatz in Frankfurt is located directly next to St. Paul's Church and forms a central, open city square that is often used for events and markets.
Short visits to the Imperial Hall in the Römer City Hall and to the remains of the Imperial Palace Franconofurd (only if open).

Excellent city tour of the new Frankfurt. Dimitri Kudrin did an excellent job of guiding us. Even though it was so cold, it was entertaining and we were warmed by all his stories. He explained it all great with charm. We were even lucky enough and were allowed into St Paul's Church. There he told us half Frankfurters a lot of new things. On our further way we were even allowed into the Kaisersaal. Here, too, his knowledge continued into the Stone Age. Our group consisted of eight people and we had a lot of fun. Mr. Kudrin responded to all our questions excellently and was able to answer all questions excellently. We can definitely recommend him. City guide with five stars.🍀😊👍
