Dominic provided a very informative and entertaining quick course in the history of gin while we sipped a very generous gin and tonic (who knew grapefruit was the key?), followed by a gin tasting. Then Jack walked us through the creation of two wonderful cocktails. Tasty and entertaining. Take a cab.

5.00We had the pleasure to have Davey for our experience day and all we can say was that it was a fantastic experience. Davey's knowledge of the history of Eden Mill was on point. He spoke about the history of Gin in the UK and explained how gin was produced and why they started to make Gin on the back of making whisky. Davey pointed out the fine details of the labels on the 3 core Gins which, as a person who worked on artwork for a label company was very clever. His knowledge on the botanicals and the garnishes that best suit the 3 gins was 2nd to none. I was driving but was well looked after and was given 3 miniatures to take away with me. We are going to look at coming back and doing the other tours at a later date. We enjoyed a coffee and cake after on the top floor and wow, I highly recommend a tour of Eden Mill if you like Gin or Whisky.

5.00Absolutely loved this tour. We are in our early 30’s a little skeptical of booking a distillery tour, but we were so wrong. Dominic our guide was so informative, very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff were super welcoming and the tour was so good. We learned about the history of gin, the distillery process and then got to taste their classic range. Which led us to learn so many new things about botanical flavourings and how to pair gin. We both loved the tour. The staff were lovely and the gin is beautiful!! Would highly recommended! The bar and the cocktails are stunning g too!!!

5.00Great tour. They were very accommodating as we just turned up and they were happy to fit us in. Beautiful facilities. Interesting tour taken by Jasmine who was very knowledgeable and delivered the information well. Delicious gin, enjoyed the tasting.

5.00We just did the gin experience with Jasmine. It was fab! She really knew her stuff despite being away for a while. We really enjoyed the gin and learned about new mixers. We really enjoyed tasting the gin! The bar was beautiful and we had some stunning views. All the staff were so friendly and really knowledgeable.Fab way to spend a few hours kid free! Thanks Jasmine 😀

5.00Just finished our Eden Mill Gin Tour! Was absolutely amazing!!! Matthew was an amazing guide and so informative! Delicious G&T to start us off and then a tasting section where we got the opportunity to sample the gins with perfect garnishes! Then upstairs to the Lookout to relax overlooking the Eden estuary! Lovely day and well worth the money!

He took his time with us and made sure we understood everything! Such a friendly welcoming guide who went out of his way with us We think Eden Mill is very fortunate to have him !!
