We take you out along Ericeira's rugged Atlantic cliffs at golden hour with a loaded vintage SLR — no digital safety net, no undo button. Every frame is deliberate. We provide the camera, film, and a cheat sheet so you can focus entirely on the light and the landscape. High-quality digital scans delivered the next day, physical negatives to your door.
Suitable for complete beginners and film enthusiasts alike. Door-to-door transport within Ericeira included.

What To Expect
We'll start off near Coxos beach where you'll be introduced to the cameras you'll be using and the cheatsheet. There will be a brief 30 minute introduction to the fundamentals of film photography that you will be putting into practice over the photowalk. We then take to the cliffs between Coxos and Ribeira D'Ilhas where we'll stop at stunning view points and hidden spots to capture vistas, details with your cameras. You'll be guided on how best to use Aperture and Shutter Speed for each situation, and the effects that each produce on your images. Once your roll is fully exposed, you can let go of the camera and simply take in the stunning rough landscape of the Ericeira Coast. Your negatives will be processed overnight and you'll receive digital scans in your email the next day.
Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas
We'll get to the cliffs above Ribeira d'Ilhas beach in time for sunset, taking in the golden light and watching the happy surfers catch the last few waves of the day before heading back.

5.00Such a fun and relaxed experience! Vasco is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole photo walk feel very natural and easy. I learned a lot about photography, composition and light, and the timing was absolutely perfect – long enough to learn plenty without feeling overwhelming. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to improve their photography skills, whether you're a complete beginner or already enjoy taking photos. Vasco somehow always seemed to know exactly the right spot at exactly the right moment, which made the experience even more special.

Vasco is very knowledgeable and taught us so much about film techniques and camera settings in a way that was really easy to understand. If you’re in Ericeira and want to learn some analog photography you should definitely do this walk with Vasco!

5.00Vasco created such a special experience from start to finish. Walking along the Ericeira coastline with an analogue camera completely changed the way I looked at photography and at the surroundings themselves. It’s much more than a photowalk — it’s a full 360 experience, from the shooting process to the final reveal of the developed photos. Every moment felt intentional, relaxed, and inspiring. The combination of the ocean scenery, storytelling, and the excitement of waiting to see the final frames made it unforgettable.
