Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in, you can rest from your journey or explore the nearby area at your own pace. In the evening, we will conduct a short trip briefing to discuss the trek, check equipment, and answer any questions. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Early in the morning, transfer to the airport for a scenic mountain flight to Lukla, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Upon landing, meet the trekking crew and begin your trek. The trail gently descends through charming Sherpa villages, mani walls, and pine forests to reach Phakding. This short trek helps with acclimatization. Overnight stay in Phakding.

Today’s trek follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. After entering Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo, the trail climbs steeply through forested paths. If the weather is clear, you’ll catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest before reaching Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa capital. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

To aid acclimatization, you’ll take a hike to the Everest View Hotel, one of the world’s highest hotels. Enjoy panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku. You may also visit Khumjung village and the local monastery before descending back to Namche. The afternoon is free to relax, explore local markets, bakeries, and the Sherpa Culture Museum. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

Leaving Namche, the trail contours along hillsides with stunning mountain views. After descending to Phunki Tenga, cross the river and make a steady climb through rhododendron forests to Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Khumbu region, set against a dramatic backdrop of Everest and Ama Dablam. Overnight stay in Tengboche.

The trail descends through forests to Debuche and crosses the Imja River. As you climb higher, the landscape becomes more rugged and alpine. Pass through Pangboche village and ancient monasteries before reaching Dingboche, a beautiful settlement surrounded by stone-walled fields. Overnight stay in Dingboche.

Today is dedicated to acclimatisation. You’ll hike up Nangkartsang Hill for spectacular views of Makalu, Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam. After spending time at the viewpoint, descend back to Dingboche for rest and recovery. Overnight stay in Dingboche

A short and scenic trek leads you eastward along the Imja Valley. The trail gradually ascends, offering close-up views of Island Peak, Lhotse, and surrounding glaciers. Arrive at Chhukung early, allowing time to rest and prepare for the upcoming high pass crossing. Overnight stay in Chhukung.

Lobuche
One of the most challenging and rewarding days of the trek. Begin early for the steep ascent to Kongma La Pass. From the top, enjoy dramatic views of Nuptse, Makalu, and vast glacial landscapes. After crossing the pass, descend carefully over rocky terrain and join the main Everest Base Camp trail near Lobuche. Overnight stay in Lobuche.

Trek along the Khumbu Glacier to reach Gorak Shep. After arriving, have lunch and a short rest before continuing to Everest Base Camp. Walk across glacial moraines to the legendary base camp, surrounded by towering peaks and icefalls. After exploring and taking photos, return to Gorak Shep. Overnight stay in Gorak Shep.

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, and the Khumbu Icefall—the best viewpoint of the entire trek. Descend back to Gorak Shep for breakfast, then trek down to Dzongla, passing Lobuche and enjoying quieter trails. Overnight stay in Dzongla.

Another adventurous day as you cross the Cho La Pass. The ascent involves rocky trails and a small glacier crossing. From the top, enjoy stunning views of Cho Oyu and surrounding peaks. Descend carefully to the beautiful Gokyo Valley and its turquoise lakes. Overnight stay in Gokyo.

Early morning hike to Gokyo Ri for breathtaking panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. After descending, the rest of the day is free to relax by the lakes or explore the village. Overnight stay in Gokyo.
Start early for the ascent to Renjo La Pass, offering one of the finest views over the Gokyo Lakes and Everest region. Descend gradually into the remote Bhote Koshi Valley to reach Lungden, a quiet village with a peaceful atmosphere. Overnight stay in Lungden.

The trail descends along traditional Sherpa trade routes, passing yak pastures and stone houses. Arrive at Thame, one of the oldest Sherpa villages in the region, home to a historic monastery. Overnight stay in Thame.
Lukla
Your final trekking day follows familiar trails back through Namche Bazaar and along the Dudh Koshi River. Celebrate the completion of the Everest Three Passes Trek with your trekking crew in Lukla. Overnight stay in Lukla.
