5.00We have had a very pleasant excursion, Claudia our guide has explained everything in clear detail from the architecture to the history of each place and each character belonging to it, as well as answering the questions we have asked. A great detail, asking if we wanted to take pictures and advise us where we would have the best views. Highly recommended.
Miscommunication but quick to resolve!

5.00We ended up having a miscommunication on the tour time which ended up cancelling our tour but I'm leaving a review as communication with the company/ guide was 10/10 to resolve it and we were provided a full refund (minus a small processing fee) right away. If we come back to Rome, I would rebook with this company for their professionalism and quick action to resolve a problem when it arose.

She is very knowledgeable and presents the information in a very easy way to understand for all the family..not only does Claudia give us information but she also asks us questions...keeping the tour fun and immersive. She was also great about reading our energy level in the hear and gave us a spot to rest while she explained some of the history.
