What makes this tour unique is that it’s not just a hike—it’s a true adventure to the highest point of Indochina.
You’ll take on the challenge of reaching Mount Fansipan’s 3,143 m summit, following wild trekking paths that few travelers experience. Unlike the cable car route, this journey leads you through untouched rainforests, towering bamboo groves, and rugged alpine trails, where every step feels raw and authentic.
Along the way, you’ll discover the rich ecosystem of Hoang Lien National Park, spot unique flora and fauna, and see the landscape transform as you climb higher. The highlight, of course, is standing at the Roof of Indochina, where the panoramic views stretch endlessly across Vietnam, Laos, and China.
It’s a physically demanding trek, but the sense of accomplishment at the summit is unforgettable. For adventurous travelers, this is the ultimate way to experience Sapa—challenging, rewarding, and truly one of a kind.

The best part for me was the overnight stay at basecamp. Even though it was freezing outside, I felt completely snug in the tent thanks to the high-quality gear provided. The guide was wonderful and shared great facts about the local ecosystem.

It gets bitterly cold near the top, so definitely pack plenty of heavy layers. I was worried about the overnight camp, but the sleeping bags provided were top-tier and kept me perfectly warm in the tent. Very professional crew.

The guide was so nice and always made sure everyone was safe and doing okay. It is a very long walk, and it gets extremely cold at the top of the mountain. Fortunately, the equipment was great and kept us completely warm in the tent all night. It is a beautiful way to see the mountains and meet kind people.

The staff are very friendly people and made us feel welcome from the start. The hike itself is undeniably tough, and it gets super cold at the summit. Luckily, the sleeping bags provided were very warm for the night at base camp. I highly recommend this rewarding mountain experience to anyone visiting the Sapa area.

The absolute best part of the entire experience was the overnight stay on the mountain. Even though it was chilly outside, I felt snug and warm inside the tent. This was all thanks to the excellent cold-weather gear provided by the tour company. Our guide was wonderful and took the time to tell us a lot about the forest.

It gets super cold when you finally reach the top, so definitely bring layers. I was initially a bit worried about spending the night on the mountain. However, I stayed very warm in the tent because the sleeping bags were excellent. The scenery was beautiful, and the whole experience felt very well organized from start to finish.

The path is steep, but the guide was patient and very encouraging. Everyone we met was such friendly people, which made the trip even better. It’s freezing when you reach the summit, but the view makes you forget about the cold.

I knew the trek would be tough, but I didn't expect it to be so rewarding. Every section of the trail had its own charm, from whispering forests to rugged mountain paths. Our guide maintained a friendly atmosphere and made sure everyone felt comfortable. The descent was just as beautiful as the climb, with sunlight hitting the mountain slopes perfectly. Although I was exhausted at the end, I felt incredibly happy and accomplished.
