One of the best TouringBee guides I had. Because Florence has a compact but very saturated old medieval center, this guide really helped to notice all the important details, as well as added a lot of funny stories for context. Best to use on your first day in Florence, so you know what to do in the following days!

It took me a while to figure out which app to download in order to listen to the audio guide. But then I received a detailed email with instructions. Thank you. I liked the map with the route points and the detailed description. It was a great walk through Florence, and the city is incredible and very charming! Thank you! I saw that there are many different cities in the app, and I already have some ideas for my next trip.

The tour was very varied and informative with many points of interest. August in Florence is very busy, so much of the walk was more like a shuffle which made it very tiring. The audio was good with just the right amount of detail. We hit the cathedral at its busiest time, so we came back to this later in the day when the queues had quietened down. I’m very much in favour of a self guided walking tour with audio so I can take my time working my way round the route and know that I’m going to see the highlights of the city.

The directional component of this app was not functioning properly in the city. We lost time using the directional portion and our location

Great way to see the city. It was informative but not too much! Saw places we wouldn’t have others known about. Would really recommend.

The audio guide for Florence was very informative and helped me explore the city in a deeper way. From Florence Cathedral to Ponte Vecchio, the guide took me through all the key points and told fascinating stories about the Renaissance era and the Medici family. I especially liked how he explained the art of the city, making it easy to understand even for those who are not experts in art history. It is perfect for touring the city on foot and discovering its hidden secrets.
