This full day amphibious adventure crosses four waterways and edges along the pristine Eurimbula National Park. You'll visit Queensland's only open, operating lighthouse, discover in the keeper's cottage museum and hear stories come to life at the cemetary . Morning tea, a lunch and billy tea or coffee are included. After lunch the LARC will take you to the towering 35m sand dunes for sandboarding and swimming. Your day is topped off with wildlife sightings and light-hearted local stories while the pastel colours of the lowering sun signal the end of another day in Paradise.

What a great relaxing and informative day out. Jono and Whitey were excellent guides and skipper. (After all, the LARC is classed as a vessel) The tour of the Lighthouse and Museum was well guided by the volunteers who are living on site. Well done, folks.

There's nothing to add to all the previous reviews, only to say that if you can't give it 5 stars you're pretty hard to please.

Great day. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide and driver. Great insight into the history of the area along with a range of activities (lighthouse tour, sand boarding, shell collecting, tasty and healthy lunch). Certainly a unique activity and though,y recommend.

Had the best day on the LARC paradise tour at 1770 this weekend celebrating my sister-in-law’s 40th birthday. Everything was so well organised, the food was great, and the tour guide and skipper kept us entertained all day. Plenty of laughs, beautiful scenery and a really unique experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fantastic day!

Great day trip out from 1770 to Bustard Head Lighthouse. The crew Jono and Whitey are legends and have so much knowledge along the way makes the whole day entertaining and informative. The ride on the LARC is great fun and the lighthouse tour and museum is fantastic. Highly recommend this tour.

This is a great day out for all the family. Gorgeous scenery, great commentary, well organised and lots of fun too with the sandboarding! We had a large family group with very young children as well and everyone had a great day! Thanks Larc! Tours.
