5.00Overall, the experience was good and mostly met expectations. There were a few minor issues along the way, but nothing serious enough to ruin the visit. Staff were generally helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. With some small improvements, this could easily be an excellent experience. Despite the minor problems, I would still recommend it.

5.00Our guide and driver were well organized and accommodating. The overall experience was great. I would recommend bringing a light jacket if it is a cloudy day, it gets cool up in the mountains.
