The operating agency has a very poor customer service. We were five minutes late to meeting time because of uber cancelling on us multiple times. We called the agency ahead of time and informed them of the situation but they were not willing even to wait for 5 minutes and tickets money is non-refundable

The temperature was up to 40 degrees. Everyone was perspiring. We had already had a couple of events/trips cancelled due to the extreme heat. And yet our trip went ahead! Our guides were knowledgeable, approachable and considerate. The house was full of interesting things, despite being copies of the original paintings. The gardens were superb and the lilies were beautiful. Only downside was too many people made it difficult to photograph the environs. A great trip, highly recommended.

Dee and Abi were great tour guides and very patient with us when we arrived a bit late due to the crazy traffic! The gardens are breathtaking. The staff definitely move you through the house quickly, and it is small, but you'll want to spend most of your time in the gardens anyway. Despite the excessive heat, it was a great day. We had enough time to enjoy it and a relaxing coach ride back to the city. I would recommend this trip for Monet fans!

The tour guide was incredible. The organization was horrible. Truly disappointed with how you organize your tour. The first supervisor and the woman guide told us to be on the bus by 2:20, the guide got there ay 2:20 and the driver got there at 2:25 and the supervisor at 2:34. Very unprofessional that they were not on time, everyone that took the tour was on time, the bus was so hot and no you guys did not offer ice water. This weather you should be prepared beforehand to have the bus cool and offer something to drink. Would not take a tour with you in the future.

Very well organized. Helpful text reminders. Meeting point was easy to find. Bus was very comfortable (ours was a double decker which was an extra bonus for views) and air conditioned. Our guides, Vikash and Pablo were informative (and funny), and very helpful. I thought that 3 hours in one place might be too long - but the time flew as we took our time, enjoyed listening to the Audio guide and lingering on the well placed shady benches to enjoy the many different views. Highly recommend.

Lilli was our tour guide at Versailles this morning. Very knowledgeable and kept the group engaged Lawrence was our tour guide for Giverny. wonderful and very engaging. Very knowledgeable about Claude Monet and the town history. Lawrence was passionate about the life of Claude Monet and gave insight into his family life and his art. He also gave us a great history lesson about the history of Notre Dame and tips on getting around in Paris.

Lawrence was fantastic! He was our guide to Monet’s home in Giverny and it was positively delightful. Lawrence is funny, extremely informative and very kind. Also, he gave us a bonus Norte Dame history run-through on the bus ride back to Paris and offered to book taxis to take people back to their hotels from the drop off point. He went above and beyond in every way. Truly an exceptional experience!
