All you need to do is lie down and relax as the vibrations of the gong lead you into a deep sense of relaxation.

What To Expect
You get to relax to the sounds of our 110 cm stainless steel gong, other smaller gongs and Himalayan bowls surrounded by the sounds of nature. Our gong relaxation takes place in an open air Balinese shala surrounded by beautiful gardens with the sound of the ocean in the background. You don’t need to do anything, let the sounds and vibrations of the gong lead you into a deep sense of relaxation. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Doors will close promptly at the scheduled start, and late entry will not be permitted to maintain the integrity of the experience.

5.00This is a very professional venue with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Our host Nicholas guided us through the experience prior to starting we felt prepared and supported. We were surprised by the vibration we experienced and the deep relaxation. I would highly recommend this experience while on Lembongen island

We felt welcome from the first second and enjoyed several holiday classes, the gong relaxation and the yoga Nidra and can definitely recommend each of them.
