We had an amazing experience with Reja during our trip to Mount Fuji and Hakone. He picked us up right on time from our hotel in Tokyo and made the entire journey comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Reja is extremely polite, professional, and courteous. He has excellent knowledge of Japan, its culture, and the various attractions in the Mount Fuji and Hakone regions. Throughout the trip, he shared useful information, suggested great viewpoints, and ensured that we made the most of our time. What stood out the most was his friendly attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a memorable experience. I would highly recommend Reja to anyone visiting Japan and looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional guide/driver. Thank you, Reja, for making our day so special! ★★★★★

It’s not a tour, it’s a driver. You have to research all the places you want to visit, figure out enough time to spend there, and buy tickets online in advance if you want to save time. You also have to consider traffic - we hit traffic both ways - and ended up paying extra, in cash. The company and the driver made sure to remind us multiple times that every extra 30 min is additional $. We had Ken as our driver. He’s not a tour guide and clearly has no desire to be one. This is a side gig while he’s in school so he can practice English - he told us that much. There was a miscommunication where we thought he said he’ll pick us up from a certain location but it turned out we had to go back. Not a great communicator, and is annoying with personal questions. Like why do you need to know my partners’ age? Also, the car was supposed to have free water and WiFi - we had none. I’ve done multiple tours all over the world and will rate this on the bottom. Again, do your own research about everything and just hire an uber to take you places while there.

Rejaul was a great driver and he was bringing us to all the places we were asking. He was never looking on the clock and we drove home much later than it was agreed. Always with a smile and very friendly

Rana was such an amazing driver/guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us get all around the places we wanted to see and was always ready for when we completed our activities. He had good recommendations and overall made sure this was by far one the best and easiest ways to tour around places outside Japan. We got really lucky that there wasn't allot of people around, but also when we were unable to ride the boat, due to it being too early, Rana took us to an alternate spot to walk around and he eventually took us to another boat location that was running. Also if you want to see great sites, just so him what places are the best to sightsee. A group of 4 to 6 would fit comfortably in the car and I think thats the best considering the places you will visit. Also, some side query can only accommodate up to 6, so that's a hard limit. We were 4 and it was honestly the best overall. If you are considering taking a tour with Rana, you absolutely should. It'll be an enjoyable time!

I came with my family of 4, and it was everyone’s first time visiting. We did a private tour with Reja and went to the Hakone / Mt Fuji area. He picked us up early at the hotel and showed us an initial itinerary he recommended. He asked us if there’s anything else we wanted to do, and within 10 minutes crafted a new schedule that fit everything (plus more!) We went to Lake Ashi for the Cruise tour, and took the cable rope way. My dad wanted to eat the charcoal colored eggs, and Reja waited for us at the end, and helped us buy food and souvenirs. We then went to Open Air Museum (incredibly gorgeous). Reja helped translate and was ready to leave when we were done. We saw Mt Fuji at most places we went to - some parts were a little cloudy, but Reja helped us pivot to find better spots. We then did Saiko Village, Ossino Hakkai and a Shrine. Reja was quick with all the detours we asked, and explained each site with great detail for us. He gave awesome suggestions for where to visit, and made the whole experience very fun. He also drives very well, which was important since you’re moving quite a lot in the car. Overall, we had a wonderful day with Reja and would recommend this to everyone visiting.

We had an amazing day with Kuzi! We’re in Japan with our son and two of his friends for their senior trip and this tour was amazing. Kuzi was so nice and informative and we all enjoyed talking to him about all things Japan. His tour suggestions helped us enjoy our time and make the most of our day. Would absolutely book with him again.
