What To Expect

Copper smiths At the copper smith master class you will have a good time in making your own souvenir or jewelry , with your own design , featured with my knowledge and experience. The souvenir/jewelry is made on a copper or aluminium plate , with old tools and hammer . The finish touch is yours touch. Why is this so special? The craft did not changed for 1000 years and you will go back in the time, hear the sound from hamer , made something with your hand and put all of your love in that what are you making.

This experience was a lot of fun. We had a blast. The brother of the owner was our teacher. Even though I wasn't the best at holding/using the tools, he was very patient and attentive. My friend, who was a natural according to the teacher, got a lot of compliments from him. To add to that, he was fun to talk to. Thanks to him, we now have a unique and petty souvenir to take home. Would recommend! Ps. Just text the owner to set a time after you've booked!

The actual copper making was fine the organisation before was a shambles: no time to arrive, no exact adrress. So we managed to eventually find it ourselves by asking lots of people in and near the tea house that we knew it was near. The boss man quickly absented himself when we arrived to go and finish his coffee, completely disinterested. Really bad from tripadvisor, flaky instructions and wouldn't use again.

Just wow! Sulejmen is a crazy guy - open to everything, funny, authentic and also a bit crazy, like all artists! Also the production of my feat was a lot of fun. I got perfect instructions and quite honestly: I'm smoothly a bit proud of myself :-) Definitely recommended.

It was such a nice experience being in Sulejman’s workshop, getting to know him and his craft. Each of us made a bookmark and he helped to make it a really nice item! I’d highly recommend.

Every year on my birthday I like to do something I’ve never done before. This year, my friends and I went to this coppersmith workshop and we had such a great time! We all got to choose something to design and make whilst learning about the craft. Sulejman is an awesome and fun teacher. We had a lot of laughs and enjoyed getting to know him! He is extremely talented and we would recommend this experience to everyone visiting sarajevo. It’s very unique and a special way to remember your time here. 10/10! Thank you Sulejman!
