What To Expect
Market visit from 9am till 9:50am Follow your Chef through the vibrant Ben Thanh market to purchase a selection of ingredients for your cooking lesson. At 9:50 am your Chef will bring you back by Taxi to your cooking class. Hands-on Cooking Class from 10am till 1pm Take place around your large cooking station to follow your Chef step by step with your own material and ingredients for a good understanding of cooking techniques. You will discover Vietnamese kitchenware to cook and enjoy a tasty 3 courses meal. MSG and enhance flavors are of course forbidden! Take a look at your MENU. We will adapt the menu for people vegetarians or with food allergies, let us know your booking in advance so we can accommodate you.

5.00Excellent and informative tour of the Ben Thanh market. Followed by a short trip to the Saigon Cooking school. Here we learnt to make pork fried spring rolls, green mango salad with grilled chicken and finished with Lotus fried rice. We presented the fried rice in a lotus leave and decorated the corners of the lotus leaf basket with pink lotus flower petals.
