It was great to be transported back to my childhood! The transfer was comfortable, and the driver was very polite and funny.

The tour was good, I wish we had more time to explore the studios and experience everything. Also, bottles of water on the bus ride would have been nice. The tour with the bus is a bit over priced though.

Make sure you go inside the coach station to board the bus. The directions are buried in the additional information section.

So worth it for the avid Harry Potter fan who loves the books or the movies! It's incredible to learn everything that went into the making of the movies.

Bus was a comfortable coach from Victoria Station - arrive early to find it as the station is a stand alone building away from the trains. Good drive, great drop off area right outside the studio. Go as early as you can to avoid big crowds. Viator was easy to book with and gave decent instructions about the transport. They also handled the admission tickets smoothly and gave great instructions around the return trip. I would definitely continue to book future tours through them. Apart from Viator, the studio itself is interesting. Lots of shops peppered throughout the studio at different points and several points there are activities that they try to sell you photos at. Lunch was quite expensive. Many instances of “money grabs” from the studio itself - if you’re going with kids, plan on a very expensive day. Take pictures quick when you enter the great hall as you will be ushered out after a brief time there. Easy enough to skip by parts you might not find interesting. If you love Harry Potter, you will enjoy the tour.

The exhibits were amazing. We enjoyed the audio tour and collecting the stamps! We could have spent much more time. We thought lunch was great as well. The only thing that was hard was knowing when to play the audio and when to be listening to the speakers/audio being played in the room. We loved it!

The bus experience was awful, I never get sick but I did with this one. Also, he was not where he said he would be and the entire bus waited ten min in the freezing cold to follow him to a different location. I messaged him and he did not respond and I called Viator and they advised me to take a cab back to my original meeting spot over an hour away. I highly do not recommend this company. Buyer beware. Any other company with Harry Potter would be better. The Harry Potter portion was incredible.

Wow, honestly what a truly magical and spectacular experience. We’re mad HP fans and both ourselves and the kids absolutely loved it. We were in there for a good 4 hours including a food and butter beer stop (this stuff is amazing btw). Would definately go again and would probably build a holiday in the South with this as the main event. Food was good as well, pricey but what do you expect? 10/10 go here if you’re a fan
