The journey continues to the southern Gobi province, covering a long but rewarding drive through Mongolia's vast landscapes. Along the way, we will stop to see herds of Bactrian camels grazing in the steppe. An optional visit to the Gobi Museum of Nature and History in Dalanzadgad town is recommended for those interested in learning about the region's unique ecosystem and history. Upon arrival at the ger camp near Yol Valley, you can unwind and enjoy a peaceful evening in the heart of the Gobi Desert.

Khongor Sand Dunes

After breakfast, we will embark on a hike through Yol Valley, a breathtaking gorge nestled in the Gobi Desert. Along the hike, the tour guide will share insights about the unique Gobi ecosystem. Following the hike, you will enjoy a traditional lunch in a local village before continuing the drive to the majestic Khongor Sand Dunes, with stunning views of the desert landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, check into a tourist ger camp and relax for the evening. As night falls, you can marvel at the star-filled Gobi sky, an unforgettable experience of serenity and natural beauty.

Bayanzag Saxual Forest

An early start to the day takes travelers to the Singing Sand Dunes to witness a breathtaking sunrise. Climbing the towering dunes is a challenging yet rewarding activity, offering stunning panoramic views over the vast desert landscape. After descending, travelers will return to the ger camp for lunch. Optional activities include camel riding, quad biking, or visiting a local camel herder family to learn about their nomadic lifestyle. In the afternoon, the journey continues to Bayanzag, also known as the Flaming Cliffs. Travelers will explore this iconic site, famous for its striking red sandstone formations and dinosaur fossil discoveries. As the day ends, they'll experience the captivating beauty of Bayanzag at sunset, followed by dinner and a restful evening.

After a leisurely breakfast, the tour proceeds to Tsagaan Suvarga, with an en route stop at Del Uul to explore ancient petroglyphs etched into the rocks, offering a glimpse into Mongolia’s rich history. The final leg of the journey takes travelers back to Ulaanbaatar, with a stop along the way for lunch.
