4.00Surprisingly good snorkeling. We saw Leopard shark, big green turtle languidly swam around me for minutes at arms length, several large schools of colourful fish. Re: Tour - With any "group" snorkeling tour sometimes it can be a bit crowded. So expect to have non-experienced snorkelers accidentally kick and smack you, Best to steer clear and distance yourself.

5.00Incredible day out, we were lucky to get perfect visibility, I couldn't believe how much sea life was around. We saw so many leopard sharks, Manta rays, spotted rays and fish. Guides were friendly, helpful and would point out animals for us.

5.00We had a terrific time. Saw living aquarium of fish, plus two rays, turtle, leopard sharks galore. Crew were friendly and supportive. Good clear instructions. Felt safe and well organised. Quality kit. Fun bouncy boat ride out to the reef!

5.00Amazing experience and would definately recommend. One of the best snorkelling experiences ever, short ride out on the rib from Byron bay with a very competent captain, Angus. Full hour snorkel session at Julian rocks on a lovely calm day. Loads of different fish species, 2 types of sea turtles, eagle rays and the best being the leopard sharks of which there were up to 20, unbelievable to just snorkel and watch these amazing creatures. The marine expert snorkel guide Gabrielle was so helpful in and out the water afterwords, Thanks again!

5.00Tons of marine life to see at the Rocks. The water is a bit rough but not enough to deter us. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and concerned that everyone has a great experience. They point out everything they see and spend plenty of time to make sure everyone sees it. We saw turtles, leopard shark, moray eels, woebegong shark, pipefish, moorish idols and plenty more. Boat is clean and high standards are practiced. All in all .... a great morning spent in the water.
