What To Expect
Fort Gorazda
Travelers visit Fort Gorazda, a dramatic 19th‑century Austro‑Hungarian fortress perched high above Kotor. The jeep route follows a scenic panoramic road with multiple photo stops overlooking the UNESCO‑listed Bay of Kotor, its fjord‑like coastline, and historic old town below. At Fort Gorazda, guests can explore the massive stone walls, original cannons and gun emplacements, and enjoy some of the best viewpoints in the Kotor area.
Fort Vrmac - Old Austro-Hungarian Fortress
Travelers visit the viewpoint at Fort Vrmac, an old Austro‑Hungarian fortress set on the forested Vrmac ridge above Kotor and Tivat. Reached by scenic mountain roads, this stop offers panoramic views over the UNESCO‑listed Bay of Kotor, the coastline, and surrounding peaks, with the dramatic exterior of Fort Vrmac as a historic backdrop.

Petar, our guide, was great at telling stories and history of the spots and was very personable. Great tour for those who want to experience Kotor from a different view.

5.00We had an amazing experience with GoBaloo’s jeep tour in Kotor. We went with two vehicles, and both drivers were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about their country. The off-road routes offered breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor, but the real highlight for us was the visit to Gornji Stoliv. This hidden stone village is absolutely mesmerizing and feels like stepping back in time. If you’re looking to see a more authentic side of Montenegro beyond the usual tourist spots, this tour is a must. Highly recommended!

5.00Honestly one of the best experiences we had. The views above the Bay are unreal and the whole tour felt very authentic and relaxed, not touristy at all. The team made everything super fun and easy, and you can really tell they love what they do. We especially loved the hidden spots and the lunch in nature. Would 100% do it again and recommend it to anyone visiting Boka!

5.00AMAAAZZZINNGGGGG!!!! I genuinely believe this tour was the HIGHLIGHT of my Montenegro and Perast trip. My tour guide was Petar, who was sooo kind, patient (took so many photos of mum and I lol!) and showed us the COOLEST spots. Montenegro is an absolute GEM and the panoramic views we were taken to were absolutely unreal. The day included: - full day tour in a 4WD jeep - off roading experience - MULTIPLE panoramic views - local picnic with stunning ocean views - visit to a local farm - secret fortress visit - pick up and drop off We are so grateful to have selected this tour. You can tell Luka (the organiser) really put his heart and efforts into it. Thank you so much Luka & Petar for making our Montenegro stay absolutely wonderful. 🥹🥹🥹

5.00The tour company worked with us when we had issues getting off our cruise ship and making our tour in time. They provided a private jeep tour for us later in the day. There were great views. Fun with an off-roading through the hills. Toured a cool fort and ended the tour with a nice picnic lunch. Definitely try the rose drink. This was an incredible experience. Something different than your average local tour.

5.00Our favourite trip in our five days here in bay of Kotor area. Travelled with my son (16) who thought it was wonderful. Guide (Luka) got in touch to advise trip would change to be evening with sunset, due to the very hot weather (plenty of advance notice). This was a perfect idea. On the trip itself you see a couple of forts, the most amazing view above Kotor (accessible off-road with expert driving), and then the most serene picnic setting with astonishing views. Thoroughly recommend this tour.
