The excursion to the Kuriat Islands aboard the Lac Majeur Yacht is one of the must-do activities in Monastir, combining discovery, relaxation, and nature.

Tourist trap and viator does Not care

1.00Totally disappointed. The Trip was canceled few hours before. We were Just informed that we Go by the Pirate boat. Refund promised but the Operator did Not pay. He did Not even Show Up. Further, i asked multiple Times for snorkeling Equipment, also Not available. The Island itself ist full of waste, No animals or anything of what was promised. The Guys on the Island told US that Yachts are Not allowed at kuriat island, so i think this ist a typical Tourist trap. I guess the Yacht does Not even exist. Full trip was a mess. Then contacted viator, which rejected to Help, although i Had everything in Written Form, they Just let me know they could Not refund, because the Operator rejected. Viator then was done with this. No Support, no nothing. Finally, PayPal could Help me. I sent the evidences to PayPal and received my Money Back within minutes. Then suddenly viator contacted me again ... Ridicolous. Best was, i was asked to give a Tip... Viator never ever again! Worst Support ever !

5.00Very good customer services, staff were brilliant. Super housekeeping. Nora was excellent, she needs a raise. When we told re not to bother with cleaning. She still comes and tidy up with brilliant towel displays. I have recommended friends to your hotel and they are there now. Fab I will come back with my family

5.00This is one of the best experience I've had in an all inclusive holiday so far. From the moment we entered the gates of the hotel it was great. The view of the hotel was beautiful. The reception staff was attentive and accommodating with our requirements. Rooms were spacious well stocked with water and beverages. The cleaners, bar staff and especially the waiters on our tables were outstanding. Food was great, plenty varieties and there is always an after grill of fresh fish or chicken outside. We went on a 50th birthday celebration with a group of about 53 of us. I will say everyone in our group had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back with my partner.
