5.00highly recommended for families. we visited kyoto with our two daughters, 8yo and 13yo. noa was very patient and friendly, my kids enjoyed listening to all the background stories, noa presented it in such away that both my husband and I and our daughters had fun time and wanted the tour to last longer!
