Jose was a great guide. Pointed out some hidden gems in Beverly Hills and explained some of the film industry processes from an insider’s perspective. And of course seeing all that by Segway is the most fun way to do it!

I was impressed by the tour guide‘s knowledge about the history of Los Angeles. Furthermore, he‘s been extraordinarily kind the whole time. Also, the tour lead to the understanding that driving a Segway is equally awesome as easy.

We live near the beach and we had spent the weekend down south at Laguna. We love the city and we wanted a city experience and I found this Segway tour. We love electric scooters and thought it would be similar but it was different enough to make it a new experience and zipping through the Wilshire area was awesome! Micah was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and friendly! We enjoyed his company and he did a great job keeping us safe! We were celebrating our 19 year anniversary. This turned out to be a perfect activity!

This was our second Segway tour. Having been about 2 years since the last one, I and one daughter were a little tentative but we re-learned the hang of it quickly. Micah was great, answered all of our questions, gave interesting info about various sites and is a stellar picture-taker. Seriously, I expected a hokey pic in front of the lamp posts, and his pic was so perfectly framed. I don't do Instagram but it was Instagram-worthy. I think this particular tour was probably 4 stars. The problem is the trek to La Brea just isn't THAT interesting and we didn't get to go inside the visitor center. La Brea is big and it was nice to zip through the pathways on Segways but there isn't much to see or do from the outside. I like Micah and the Segways were great so I'd just recommend a different destination.

We ended up with only a day and a half in Los Angeles and decided to take the Segway tour of the La Brea Tarpits with the "Another Side of Los Angeles" Segway company. our guide, Cameron was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable about the history of the tar pits, and Los Angeles in general. It was a very nice way to spend two hours. We hope to return and try some of their other tours in the future.

I booked a segway tour for my parents' anniversary. It was a lovely tour to the Tar Pits which they enjoyed. They got the hang of riding in minutes and went on cruising down Wilshire towards LACMA. We're locals, so this was more of a weekend activity rather than an explorative experience, but there's always stuff to discover along the way. Thanks to Cameron for being fun, accommodating and just great to be around.
