The journey takes approximately 2 hours, following a scenic route through the French countryside. This transfer is scheduled to align with your cruise timetable, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Upon arrival in Bordeaux, your local guide will meet you and begin the guided portion of your tour. As the historic center is not accessible to buses, the visit will take place entirely on foot, with in-depth commentary on the city's history, architecture, and culture.

This cathedral hosted royal weddings, including that of Eleanor of Aquitaine and the future King Louis VII. The guide will explain its construction phases, architectural changes, and role in the city's development. Next to the cathedral stands Pey Berland Tower, built separately to protect the main structure. Those who wish can climb it during free time for panoramic city views.
