5.00Carlos was very knowledgeable about all of the food, but most importantly the historical context behind it. This was a very informative (and delicious!) experience. 10/10 would do it again. Left the experience with a full belly and happy heart!

5.00Carlos is amazing!! He is a wealth of knowledge about Peru history, food, & culture. He is really fun & kind. We loved getting the local take. The food was all amazing (except the first stop was just ok). Everything else was great! Would highly recommend
