We will go up to our terrace to start the funniest cooking class in Lima. From a local chef, you will learn step by step how to prepare iconic dishes: a refreshing pisco sour, a fresh ceviche, a stalking cause and a sautéed loin full of flavor.
Perucha party to close!
The experience culminates as it deserves: with a celebration in the Peruvian style. You will learn to play the Peruvian cajon, the most representative percussive instrument in the country, and you will be carried away by the rhythms of the regional and typical dances of Peru.

5.00We learned to prepare a pisco sour, a delicious Peruvian ceviche, a causa acevichada, and an authentic lomo saltado. The chef explained each step clearly and entertainingly, also sharing stories and secrets of Peruvian cuisine. The food turned out delicious, and we ended with a very fun party. Totally recommended for those who want to know Peru through its flavors! 🇵🇪🍋🥩🍚
