Originally rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Guyana and Trinidad, this beloved dish features soft, warm flatbread wrapped around flavorful curried fillings. 5.00Trevor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Each stop was amazing from the rum tasting to the museum and all the food we ate. I would highly recommend this tour to understand some history and taste the Antigua culture.

5.00It was an amazing experience. Trevor was our guide and took us to a rum tasting at one of the stores. The rum guide is the granddaughter of the distillery founder. She was very personable. Trevor made the experience very inclusive with the citizens of Antigua. I will definitely be be and recommend this be a staple of their trip to the island.

5.00This tour was a unique opportunity to get a taste of local cuisine and culture! We had so much fun walking around with our guide, Carrick. We learned about locally-produced rum (the history and process), made some rum punch, and enjoyed some delicious food at two places. The snapper prepared creole-style was amazing! Although we had to skip the museum, because it was closed for renovations, Carrick took us to see some local markets, produce, fish, meat, etc. I highly recommend this tour and our amazing guide!
