Great experience, but not the best to see London at night during the summer - sun was still pretty mud up until the last half hour of the ride. We got a great picture of Big Ben lit up. I would recommend that they start this promotion an hour later to really see London at lit up at night.

The tour commentary is pre-recorded and not very good. Could have been more informative and would be better provided by someone in person. Easy to catch the tour and get of at a stop or your choice. You get to see all the most important sights in London

It is cold. Branches to branches are low , stay undercover, a rough group of people used this - driver ad used offers dive lanquage and alcohol taken on board. The driver stated always the same… he offered to let us off with him another Country we felt he should’ve let the offensive people go off - this was an unpleasant experience. I don’t recommend it.

The trip was great, but what made it special was the people driving the buses and the ticket people. Nothing but helpful, put themselves out for us answering our questions and helping locate the tickets on our phone, lol. Very patient, I think his name was Anthony x The audio commentary was good, but a little delayed so we were in line with or had passed the sight spoken about. Other than that, a fantastic way to see London.

I want to take this opportunity to thank your driver James for a very good experience while travelling. He was kind engaging and a credit to your company. I enjoyed the experience and how he helped us with useful information.

We planned the trip quite well; we had about 4 hours which should be ample of time for the blue route (should take 3h35m). It was raining a bit, making it close to impossible to see out (a bit of AC might have solved it). We relocated to the top floor. The information and the sights were great for about 30 minutes. Then the bus stopped. It didn't move at all for about an hour. Several times the bus driver said we would start again in 10-15 minutes. When the bus was finally ready to go we were told the bus wouldn't take the full tour, and that we had to change to a different bus to continue. We therefore got off at the designated spot and waited. We had been told the next bus would come in a couple of minutes; but after waiting for 30 min in the rain we gave up. The communication skills of the bus driver were sub-par and it simply felt like we've been scammed by Big Bus. (It probably wasn't a scam, and I've had good experiences of them in the past; but partaking in this tour was the biggest regret during the entire trip).

Hardly any buses running so when there is one passing it is armoured The driver does not mark the stops and is hyper unpleasant because does not answer your questions (LXI2AZL bus of 17h13 did not stop at full stop and when I just told him “excuse me” for asking him where he would stop he answered me dryly “driving driving” a shame We opted for this activity and we had used them twice over 2 days and for about 20min of travel after waiting for them both times between 30/40 min I strongly advise against this activity which is uninteresting and wastes you time

Today I had an encounter with an Italian individual on the Blue/Red Route. He was incredibly rude to us and as we were leaving we noticed other customers arguing with him because he took an hour and a half to get to the at the Victoria Station stop. He responded with saying what do you want me to do about that. I truly think your bus drivers need a lesson on proper etiquette when dealing with tourists because he cannot treat paying customers that way. I unfortunately do not know his name but as a bus driver he should consider driving the bus instead of being rude to customers. I will never recommend this company to others due to this encounter. I hope this company can do better and actually care about the people putting money into their pockets. Kind regards
