A wine expert who will guide you through the tasting journey. Wine tasting that includes 2 Spumante and 4 Red Wines. Wines you’ll taste: Arella – Spumante Cuvée Extra Dry Firmina – Spumante Rosé Extra Dry Oletta – Chianti Riserva DOCG (Red Wine) Lucilla – Chianti Classico DOCG (Red Wine) Aranda – Supertuscan IGT (Red Wine) Balsamic vinegars: Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Oro (Gold selection) “Lacrime Viola” – Balsamic vinegar with red onion (Tuscan excellence) Extra virgin olive oils: Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil Chili Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil Your lunch includes: Appetizers: Tuscan salami, finocchiona, Tuscan prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil, toasted bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. First course: Lasagna with Tuscan meat sauce. Main course: Arista with potatoes Dessert: Cantuccini with Vin Santo. Vineyard experiences are subject to weather conditions that may affect vineyard ground conditions. In such cases, the experience will be moved to our indoor tasting rooms.

5.00I found a visit very pleasant, complete and well explained by the staff who attended us. We were able to taste 4 wines paired with sausages and cheeses in a first part, and with pasta in a second part. We also taste olive oil and Modena vinegars. As for the wines, I am from Riojas and Ribera del Duero, and to overcome these you must try a Bordeaux. I always think Italians are Spanish with marketing, they know how to sell very well.
