A special Tuesday at El Social Tienda Mixta, where salsa takes over the atmosphere. At 8:00 pm, the basic salsa class begins, ideal for all levels and rhythm lovers. Enjoy a live band that will make you want to dance all night, while you savor a welcome cocktail. The Salsera social party starts at 9 PM and runs until midnight, perfect for salsa linea, Cuban and Caleña dancing. Don't miss it!

What To Expect
Start the evening at El Social Tienda Mixta in El Poblado with a welcome cocktail available with or without alcohol during the event. At 8:00 PM the salsa class begins, ideal for beginners and travelers of all levels. You’ll learn basic steps, pace and simple moves to feel more comfortable before the party. At 10:00 PM enjoy a live salsa orchestra and experience the salsero atmosphere of Medellin with locals and travelers. After class, continue with social dancing until midnight. Come alone, as a couple or with friends. You don’t need previous experience, just want to dance and spend an authentic night of salsa in Medellin.

5.00I visited the Salsa dance classes and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was great, the class was so much fun and the dance made me want to move to Medellin!!! Absolutely worth a visit (also for someone who just wants to get an impression or try it for the first time). Muchas Gracias!!

5.00It was great learning 2 new styles of salsa: “on1”/Latin American salsa and salsa caleña. The instructors were engaging, the live band was wonderful, the space was pretty cool outdoors. I absolutely would attend another of their events.
