Linlithgow Palace
Linlithgow Palace is one of Scotland’s most impressive royal ruins, located in the town of Linlithgow, roughly halfway between Edinburgh and Glasgow. Set beside a peaceful loch, the palace offers a dramatic glimpse into Scotland’s royal past. I will give you a full exterior guided tour relating to the History of the Castle and of course, the story of Mary Queen of Scots and the Stewart Dynasty.
The Kelpies & The Helix
l will give you a full guided tour of the Kelpies - the largest equine sculptures in the world. I will discuss with you the links between these sculptures and our folklore, heritage, industry and mythology.

5.00We had the best time in Scotland 🏴 thanks to Andy from Caley Pines Tours. Andy was full of knowledge, friendly & great fun. Our main reason for the tour was to visit the home towns that my parents & grandparents were from. We gave Andy this information & he planned the rest for us around that. We still cannot believe how much we got to see & do in such a short time. Andy made our trip to Scotland the best experience we could have wished for, better than we could have imagined. We got picked up by Andy in his kilt and all, Car was super comfortable, driving skills were superb and he was easy to understand (husband could even understand him & he struggles understanding my Scottish dad 🤣) Absolutely loved our time in Scotland with thanks Andy. Memories we will hold close to our hearts forever ❤️

5.00Andy is the MOST amazing tour guide. Had a plan but was very willing to incorporate everything we wanted to see and flexible on timing so we never felt rushed when we wanted to enjoy a site a little longer. He knew all the best spots to check out for great photos and pubs to stop for iconic Scottish feel. He’s a grand story teller and knows so much Scottish history! Thanks for the best two days and for taking my sons around next month for their Highlands adventure:)

5.00Man! I can’t recommend this experience enough! I traveled with my family of 7 adults and we had an amazing time. Our guide Andy was amazing, he was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a nice time chatting with him. A little rainy weather impacted some of the sights we were going to see, but Andy quickly adjusted and used the rainy weather to an advantage to show us some breathtaking views of waterfalls and river features. Overall, this was a “money well-spent” adventure! It was obvious that Andy has a deep passion for what he does and he injects it into his tours to make you feel the same. If you read this Andy, JOB WELL DONE, and congratulations on your wedding! We wish you and your family the best!

5.00Andy was so easy to chat with and get the whole plan set up. He communicated every step of the way, picked me up at the airport, and took me on a 2 day adventure that we co-created together. I had a request to settle into the Energy Medicine of Western Scotland for my own personal reasons as well as the BodyMindSpirit energy work I do. Andy completely understood me and curated an adventure to cover what I was looking to see, feel, experience, and carry home with me. Conversations with him were spectacular. Like traveling with a good friend. It was Magical and Magical is who I am! I received the energy I was seeking.

5.00We went on an amazing custom tour today. We asked, and Andy delivered!! We jetted all over Scotland and learned so much and saw such beauty. Our coach was extremely comfortable too. I would highly recommend this tour!! 5 ⭐️. From the very beginning, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable. His knowledge about the area, history, and local culture was impressive, and he shared everything in such an engaging and enjoyable way. You could really tell he is passionate about what he does. He answered all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm, and his positive attitude made the entire tour even more memorable. 5.00Andy was the most fantastic guide. From our first communication planning our day hiking trip on the West Highland way, Andy was professional, thoughtful and knew exactly where to take us. His knowledge and passionate connection to the area made the West Highland way come alive. We were able to visit the most beautiful green slot canyon with water falls, hike above Loch Lomond to Conic Hill, visit Luss, and run up and down Dumbarton Castle rock. His driving was excellent, his van was clean with lots of snacks & water. We were super comfortable. Conversation was our absolute favorite. We consider our tour with Caley Pines a bucket list tour you won’t want to miss
