Important Information for Tour Participants To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please read the following carefully. Punctuality & Contact Please arrive on time. If you are late or absent without prior notice, your reservation may be considered canceled and cancellation fees may apply. If you are delayed, please contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will contact you by the day before with details such as meeting time and location. Please register a phone number or email address that can be reached in Japan. If you do not receive any communication by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact “MIYAKO ADVENTURE PiPi” using the method shown on your ticket. Participation Requirements & Health Eligible age: 3 to 59 years old The following individuals cannot participate: Pregnant individuals (including early stages) Children under 3 years old Those with medical conditions Anyone concerned about physical strength or with a strong fear of the sea should consult us in advance. Gear & Safety For activities in the sea, wearing a life jacket, fins, and mask is mandatory. If you are unable to wear the required gear, you will not be allowed to participate. Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times for your safety. Weather Conditions The tour operates in light rain. However, it may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe. Meeting & Transportation Depending on the booking situation, we may ask you to come directly to the site. If you would like shuttle service, please contact us after your reservation is confirmed. Clothing & Preparation Please wear clothing that can get wet. There are no restrooms at the site, so please use one in advance. Participation while under the influence of alcohol is not allowed. Parking Fee Depending on the location, a parking fee of ¥1,000–¥2,000 may apply. Language Support Tours are available in Japanese or English. Depending on the day, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only.

5.00A great experience with Hana, our guide, who navigated us to swim with a turtle, see Nemo and tons of tropical fish. The water was a bit cold at times but we continued our journey to witness it all. Thank you so much, Hana, for being such a wonderful, safe guide.

5.00It was my first time visiting Miyakojima and joining a snorkeling tour. Our instructor, Hana, was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. She constantly checked on everyone to make sure we were safe and comfortable. She guided us smoothly throughout the trip, and we were lucky enough to see sea turtles, clownfish, and many other beautiful fish. Everything was very well organized, and the whole experience went perfectly. It was truly an amazing activity!

5.00She was as pretty as my sister's baby doll who gave me a cold guide today. The guide sister was so kind and always cared about our safety. There was no separate place to shower, and instead they were able to prepare warm water so that even on rainy days it would not be very cold. He explained well to people of different nationalities and the safety principles. We borrow snow-cooling equipment, suits and ducks. And it was convenient that if you needed a small amount of snow cooling equipment, you could borrow it at an additional cost. Only honey tips can be used pleasantly if you bring my snorkelling equipment. Three women spent about $200,000 on a 40-minute snorkeling. And you've met the sea turtle, and you've met Nemo, and you can see the flocks of fish. He also took pictures with those creatures. I liked taking pictures with Gopro equipment. The spa mask was a safe trip to leave with various companies.

5.00We had an excellent snorkeling experience today—easily one of the highlights of our trip. The whole outing was very well organized, relaxed, and professional from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Hana, who was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, attentive, and clearly very experienced. She made everyone feel comfortable in the water, kept a close eye on the group, and shared just the right amount of guidance without ever making it feel overly structured. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure people have a great experience. The snorkeling itself was incredible. Seeing the turtle up close was a real standout moment, and there was an amazing variety of fish—far more than we expected. The water was clear, conditions were great, and we never felt rushed. Overall, this was a top-tier experience and one we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting. If you’re lucky enough to have Hana as your guide, you’re in very good hands.
