1.If the Ropeway is suspended due to weather or other factors, it will be changed to a cruise on the Lake Kawaguchi featuring the Warring States Daimyo ship, or the ticket fee 1000JPY will be refunded(please email us for refund)
2.The Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway will be closed for maintenance during the following periods: May 11 – July 15, 2026 December 7 – December 18, 2026, During this time, the ropeway will not operate. A Lake Kawaguchi Sightseeing Boat cruise will be provided instead.
3.The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point.Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join。 Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
4.Please note that weather conditions are unpredictable, and visibility of Mount Fuji cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding
5.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason,We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
6.It's recommended to bring some cash, as some scenic spots, restaurants, and other places in the Mount Fuji area may only accept cash payments
7.The matcha experience lasts approximately 10-15 minutes.
8.Some attractions may experience heavy crowds, particularly during peak travel seasons.

What To Expect
Start your journey by meeting your guide in Tokyo. Head to an Instagram-famous spot near Mount Fuji: a Lawson convenience store right in front of Kawaguchi Station. Capture the unique beauty of Mt. Fuji (The visibility of Mount Fuji is affected by the weather. )
Lake Kawaguchiko
Then, learn the art of making matcha with local instructors. Savor a freshly made cup, and gain insights into Japanese culture. (The matcha experience lasts approximately 10-15 minutes.) After your matcha experience, stroll along the shores of Lake Kawaguchi to snap a shot of Mt. Fuji. Explore Lake Kawaguchi, located at an altitude of 830 meters and spanning 5.7 square kilometers. The lake's intricate shoreline offers numerous vantage points to admire Mt. Fuji, and on a calm day, you can capture its stunning reflection in the lake's waters.

1.00I will have to be very honest. I went to this tour as a Japanese person with foreign friends. The tour guide Wayne was terrible, not giving the group thorough instruction as to what to expect (how long we stay at a location etc). Either his English or Japanese was sufficient, and he mistranslated or missed many of the things a Japanese tea ceremony instructor said. He couldn’t tell how long it would take for us to get to the first location or he couldn’t answer when we plan to come back to Shinjuku. The guide also wasn’t leading our group (or seemed like he didn’t intend to lead us), he didn’t use his yellow flag, and although he said he would wear a red backpack he didn’t. So I couldn’t find him. He is not a bad person or anything but he is simply not qualified or well trained. I had to constantly ask what to expect next. Lunch was extremely over-priced and poor in quality. 3 out of 5 of us ended up having stomachache after eating “traditional” Japanese food which is really just cabbage and rice with chicken and croquettes probably pre-made/frozen. It wasn’t authentic Japanese food and probably the worst food I ever had in Japan. We were taken to many souvenir shops with very poor quality products. Overall I must say this wasn’t representative of Japan or its culture in terms of its organization and food quality. I feel ashamed that I took my friends on this tour to introduce them to “Japan” that I felt very foreign. Being accessible on a global platform like Trip advisor this tour might seem legitimate but I would recommend tourists use “Hatobus” a legitimate Japanese bus tour company that has a very long history in the country and choose English as a tour language.

5.00Enjoyed this day out. Tour was not over crowded and stuck to schedule. We were lucky to see Mount Fuji in the morning though there was cloud cover when we got to the lake in the evening. The lunch place was quite nice too. Laner our guide was very friendly and nice. She provided details about the significance of each stop , helped with photos etc. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Pack a lot into your Mt Fuji trip with a great tour thanks to Mizki @ Gogoday.

5.00We struck it lucky! Wife looked at previous positive reviews & they didn't disappoint. We initially were concerned regarding the meet up location but our guide Mizki made contact the previous night to confirm everything. She added everyone in our group to Whatsapp or similar so she keep in contact with everyone in what was a busy day, visiting a few locations that could only be described as very touristy such as the Lawson Store with Mt Fuji backdrop. The lunch at extra cost was nice but possibly again a bit touristy, however caters for the large number of bus groups coming through in a very efficient manner. The Mt Fuji Ropeway provided great views of the mountain & Lake Kawaguchiko. There was a stop @ an old village where if you have room there is plenty of local foods to try. We stopped for a tradional matcha tea making workshop but again very touristy. A visit to the amazing flower gardens on the shore of Lake Kaeaguchiko with Mt Fuji backdrop, what else could you ask for? Well luckily great weather & a terrific guide in Mizki who kept everyone informed of the tradititons relating to everything we saw & is able yo do so in multiple languages. The bus & driver were excellent although be aware there is no toilet on board & a strong reluctance to stop due to the busy time schedule. Biggest bonus we struck it lucky with the weather. Of note, don't be late to your booking time as you will miss this great experience as they can't & wont wait.

4.00The cherry blossoms were very beautiful in the good weather. Thank you very much for your guide and driver. Thank you very much for your hard work with the traffic on the road. He was a very kind guide. The only regret was that my lunch was terrible. The glass was slimy and the serving was rough and really not delicious.

5.003/21 to participate in Klook's Fuji Mountain G-line online tour, especially thank you for the tour guide Ms. Hu Sheng on the way to introduce us to some of the customs of Tokyo and a lot of foreign tourists are not aware of the cold knowledge, the day is a Japanese holiday. The one-Luci road trip is also extended to eight hours. This trip with family Daddy and Mommy's trip ended with the mention of the tour guide. Remember not to forget and remember the photo positions of the guide at Fujitsu Lawson. This trip was unforgettable. Special thanks to Mr. Hu and the two big brothers who worked hard on the day.

3.00It was an ok tour. The vires were great but the weather was great. However the timing was off, we queued up most of the time and only had like 10 min at the 1st stop, which pushed time everywhere else off. And every stop was a spending opportunity. The strangest was the lunch, which we directly paid the tour guide individually. This gives the impression a deal was made with the restaurant beforehand and the guide got a cut and charged us more. Overall I'd say take the tour but bring your own lunch.
