Meet your professional Airtime Pilots in Mürren and hike to the take-off field where you will receive a briefing from your pilot. Then, simply take some running steps and be in the air in front of the mighty Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains... and over the spectacular Lauterbrunnen valley.
Soaring high above Mürren, witness the Lauterbrunnen valley open up below, with the sheer cliffs and waterfalls seeming close enough to touch as you glide past them like a bird on a tandem paraglide.
Land in Stechelberg, on the valley bottom, next to the Stechelberg Schilthornbahn cable car station - where you can hop on the bus back to Lauterbrunnen or take the lovely waterfall walk back to the village, and walk off some of that adrenaline!

What To Expect
Begin your journey here in Stechelberg (unless you're staying in Mürren already) - park the car and board the new, state-of-the-art cablecar to Mürren. It's the steepest in the world, and will whisk you to Mürren in only 4 minutes!

Meet our team in Mürren, where we will begin the hike to our take off field. (Note that in Winter we require a chairlift to access the take off area.)

5.00In my opinion this is potentially one of the most amazing experiences you can have. It’s thrilling but not scary. The shear beauty is not something you can describe or that the pictures do justice too. My two teen boys and I loved it so much we booked a 2nd flight the next day. The staff are super friendly and very confident. The takeoff is easy and the landing is easy too. You feel like a bird. It’s comfortable when flying too. You sort of just sit back and relax and take it all in, and it’s a lot to take in. The beauty is dramatic. You must try this. Even little children were going and when they landed right after us they were so happy and talking about how it was the most amazing thing…ever. I agree. I would guess they were about 7 year old and 9 years old. This is a 6 star experience and unforgettable.
Short hike and then you’re off! Guides are super sweet and take photos for additional cost. Expensive but SO cool.

5.00We flew with Mike and Bruno on June 23, 2026 and LOVED this experience. It was our first time and I would do it over and over again if we could. Really spectacular. They were patient, kind and understanding. Clear briefing. Super relaxed vibe but also professional. Was the perfect energy. My husband is deaf and they were very helpful in communicating with lip reading and sign language. Also Lisa spoke with us AT LENGTH a couple days before and was extremely helpful and kind as we warmed up to the idea of this exciting adventure! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

5.00Me and my daughter (18) decided to do this because we heard it was the best place to paraglide. It was incredible! The staff and guide made us very comfortable and eased any nerves we had. Me mostly lol. There was clear direction on what we needed to do to have the best time ever and we sure did! Highly recommend this company!

5.00Our experience with Airtime Paragliding was great. We were on a vacation with our grandson who had just graduated from high school and I wanted to do something he would remember. His grandmother glided with him while I went to the landing to take pictures. They absolutely loved it. The guides were very encouraging and were a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this company.....especially Hayden and Fabian!
I got motion sick & would still do it again tomorrow!

5.00If you’re considering paragliding in Switzerland, book this. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived at the meeting point, the experience was exceptional. The check-in staff immediately put everyone at ease with conversation, jokes, and genuine warmth. While we were waiting, we asked for recommendations on how to spend the rest of our day in Mürren. Instead of giving us a generic list of attractions, one of the staff members asked questions and helped us build a personalized itinerary. We followed her suggestions, and it ended up being our favorite day of the entire trip. Our tandem pilots (Dean, Nick, and Louis) were equally fantastic. The walk to the launch site was a little more challenging for me than expected, and all three pilots were incredibly patient and encouraging, reminding me to take my time and go at my own pace. Their kindness made a huge difference and immediately reinforced that we were in good hands. The flight itself was unforgettable. The views are absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I was paired with Louis, and he deserves special recognition. Beyond being an incredibly skilled pilot, he has a rare ability to make people feel comfortable almost immediately. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism, confidence, humor, and genuine kindness. We spent most of the experience laughing, and his calm, reassuring approach made a huge difference when I started feeling motion sick during the flight. I sometimes get motion sickness even when I take precautions, and unfortunately I ended up getting sick while we were in the air. I was embarrassed and felt like I was inconveniencing him, but Louis immediately put me at ease. He made sure I was comfortable, adjusted our route, talked me through what was happening, and reminded me that this trip was for me to enjoy. What could have been an uncomfortable situation ended up feeling completely manageable because of how attentive and supportive he was. By the end, it felt less like I had spent an afternoon with a guide and more like I was spending time with someone I’d known for years. For anyone worried about motion sickness or a fear of heights, don’t let that stop you. One of my friends is terrified of heights and ended up being the bravest of all of us, doing flips and loving every second of it. Just let your tandem pilot know before you start, that way they can support you. Also, pay for the photos and videos. They’re absolutely worth it, and we’re so glad we did. Airtime somehow managed to make me laugh, get motion sick, and have one of the best experiences of my life all at the same time. I would book with them again without hesitation. ❤️ Thank you!

5.00I had the most amazing first paragliding experience with Marika !!I was incredibly nervous before takeoff, but she was so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to from the moment we met. She made great conversation and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. During the flight, I felt completely safe and confident in her hands. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was enjoying every moment. The views over Lauterbrunnen were unforgettable, and having such a friendly and professional guide made the experience even more special. Thank you for making my first flight such a wonderful memory—I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone! Gracias Marika! Pay for the photos !! Absolutely worth it

5.00Spectacular! We had the best time, it truly is the experience of a lifetime. The views were incredible and guides were so friendly and safe and fun. This is a can’t miss experience. There are a lot of options in this area and it’s expensive, so if you are trying to decide, put this at the top of your list. Also, there are incredible hikes from Mürren so you can make a day of it.
