5.00Hi Im from Malaysia. I visited Almaty as a solo traveller on December 25. I had a truly wonderful experience with this tour. Aya is an excellent tour guide. She is very kind, calm, and mindful. Despite being unwell, she was incredibly patient and treated me (the not so fit hiker) with great care, along with her cheerful and helpful friends, Aida and Cica. Never felt foreign when I was with them as they treated me like a family. Truly recommend this package to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of the Shymbulak Glacier.
