What makes Naila's Kitchen unique is its flexibility and authentic family atmosphere. Unlike standard cooking classes, you can choose the dishes you would like to learn, prepare, and enjoy. We also do our best to arrange the workshop on a day and at a time that suits your schedule.
Whether you want to learn how to make dolma, qutab, plov, düşbərə, or traditional Azerbaijani kebabs, we can create a personalized experience based on your interests. Our workshops take place in a real Azerbaijani family environment, where recipes, traditions, and hospitality have been passed down through generations.
If you prefer not to cook, you are also welcome to join us for a homemade family lunch or dinner. Simply pre-order the dishes you would like to try and enjoy authentic Azerbaijani food, stories, and hospitality at our table.

This summer, Naila's Kitchen Workshop is coming to Rahat Hotel, Nabran! Join us for an unforgettable day where you'll discover the authentic flavors and traditions of Azerbaijani cuisine in a beautiful natural setting. During our workshop, you will: • Learn to prepare authentic Azerbaijani barbecue over a traditional charcoal mangal. • Cook and enjoy a variety of kebabs, including lamb, chicken, liver, fish, and our delicious traditional mangal salad. • Experience one of Azerbaijan's most beloved traditions as we prepare tea using a traditional samovar. After the workshop, take time to relax and enjoy everything Rahat Hotel has to offer: Swim in the hotel's swimming pool. Take a peaceful walk through the beautiful forest. ️ Unwind and enjoy the beach. Private Workshops also will be available In addition to our scheduled workshop dates, we also offer private and fully customizable cooking experiences. You can choose the traditional Azerbaijani dishes you would like to learn, prepare, and enjoy with us. Vegetarian traditional menu Duration: 4 hours: For groups of 5–10 people. A vegetarian traditional menu is also available. Pumpkin plov lemonade : Here you will learn to prepare traditional dishes such as kuku, yalanci dolma, qutab with pumpkin and herbs, and fresh season baku car Pickup included
Learn Azerbaijani cooking with Naila: dolma, dushbara, girs, qutab, plov (different types). For groups of minimum 5 people vegetarian traditional menu is also available upon request
At the end of the workshop, guests will experience Azerbaijan’s traditional tea culture, served with homemade cookies, seasonal fruits, jam, and warm local hospitality
