Driver will be arranged one day in advance .He will track your flight number even your flight is delay. If you buy the meet & greet service, driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a name sign. If you do not buy the meet & greet service, driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point as he will inform you in advance.

5.00Upon arriving at Narita Airport, we received a text confirming exactly where our chauffeur would be waiting. He waited until we had our luggage and then drove us directly to the specific entrance at Tokyo Station for our Shinkansen tickets. Thanks to him, we didn't waste any time searching for vending machines, and the platform was right nearby. The van was clean, the service was perfectly on time, and our driver was both polite and very funny. A great experience all around!
