4.00Perfect overview of sights. This is not hop on hop off. Comfy seats., not a large trolley so not too many people. Our Driver was a bit hard to hear and understand.

4.00Our group was local and included a couple of young adults who happened to have disabilities. Our tour guide was great and even wished one of young men a very happy birthday which made his day. However, a member of another party complained to the tour guide about myself and one of the young men for being too loud which is so unfortunate because we were very respectful of others and definitely no louder than the family with 3 school age children (who also did great!). The entire tour was reprimanded for talking and asked to remain silent(!) It would be great to see the Trolley Operators be trained on how to react in these situations and interactions with neurodivergent clients instead of just placating a cranky customer. Silence is probably not an attainable goal in this situation. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot from a very knowledgeable tour guide.

5.00This is a perfect way to learn about Newport. Our experience was GREAT! Ray was knowledgeable and very entertaining. A really wonderful guide! I wanted to stay on the trolley and spend the whole day with him!

4.00This tour gives a nice overview of the stunning homes and beauiful scenery outside of downtown Newport. The driver had a significant amount of knowledge that he shared with everyone. Many of us wished that he would slow down his speech so that we could better understand him.
