Very good experience. Ride up the hill and start riding down. The road has beautiful scenery and interesting flora and fauna and is a very enjoyable journey. The guide is professional and responsible. Very recommended.

A really good day out the guides were very helpful and able. The track was good for me but fairly difficult for beginners ok if you take it steady. The lunch was nice by the lake. All safety clothing supplied was in good condition as were the bikes would recommend. Only complaint no chance to see the video taken on the way down.

After booking I was immediately informed by the owner (Adon) that there will be a slight change to the route which was accepted. I was picked from my hotel by A (tour guide)and Rin (driver)really cool and welcoming guys. Cycling with A was amazing, it was cycling with a mate, we had so much fun and laughter that it didn’t seem like a tour. A’s friendly demeanour, character and knowledge are simply priceless. Overall, I’m glad I booked Chiang mai mountain biking and kayaking. Highly recommended!

This was a fun day if you can ride a mountain bike on gravel trails. It's mostly downhill except for one 400m significant uphill. Bike is good and safety gear was adequate. Lunch good, bring your own electrolyte drink and snacks for energy.

The guides are really friendly and professional. Spoke English well. The bikes are hard tales and the run is not smooth at all so your body acts as the shocks instead of the bike. I’m an experienced mountain biker and I would say it’s likely an easy run for Thailand but it will be most enjoyable if you have a little experience. If you have your own helmet use it, theirs are a little shady. It’s steep terrain with switch backs and a little uphill/flat. My watch clocked it at about 15kms. I got a little woozy going up in the truck. But over all it’s a super fun run and worth it. Beautiful views along the way.

Guides were great, bikes were good but owner doesn't maintain the safety gear, the velcro on knee pads was worn away, came lose often - when trying to adjust I crashed (I should have stopped but I was already trailing the group), trip to the hospital was the safest part of the adventure, do not recommend.

This is anything but a beginner run. Going to the top of the hill the guide said we would do pavement going down hill but after 100 meters it turned into dirt ruts covered in slippery leaves and very steep. I’ve ridden lots of trails and this is a 4 out of 5.

It is not recommended that people who do not ride in the mountains go to the mountain road or more dangerous for the first time riding entertainment nature for people, it is not recommended that the elderly and children go, walking should be good physical strength, in short, to walk, wait for the mountain but there is no car can pick you up, I ride quickly ended with good luck when there are two pickup trucks.

Like you I performed my due diligence and assessed the various reviews of this business. Let me be categorical, the post claiming inferior bikes and poor staff is pure, adulterated rubbish. Our bikes were new and certainly not purchase at Walmart. I walked through the storage area on my way to the bathroom and saw no bikes that were of the quality claimed by some moron. Likewise, the safety equipment provided was in good condition. As far as the staff, we found everyone from the owner to our guide to be professional and attentive. The transportation was punctual and without incedent. The tour itself was a blast. The hike up the mountain was an enjoyable ealk and hardly challenging. It was our first time mountain biking and while I found it thrilling my wife found the bike down the mountain challenging. We are 64 and 63 respectively and above average physical condition so the physical exsurtion of the trekking up and the biking down the mountain were not a problem. As pure novices to mountain biking the challenge was navigating the rough terrain while going downhill. We both made it without incident. We highly recommend taking in this activity, it is well worth your time.
