This is a private transfer service, you’ll be picked up at the arrival area of the airport and taken directly to your hotel, anywhere in the city. Driver will track flight number and wait 90 minutes for free .

IMPORTANT: If you set a specific pick up time at airport, not the flight landing time, this will be regarded as a point-to-point service, with a waiting time of 30 minutes. We suggest that you set the pick-up time to be the same as the arrival time of your flight.

Driver will be arranged one day in advance .He will track your flight number even your flight is delay. If you buy the meet & greet service, driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a name sign. If you do not buy the meet & greet service, driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point as he will inform you in advance.

5.00It is more than 50 km from Narita airport to Tokyo. Having a car pick up us and our luggage made this distance much more pleasant. Our driver was waiting for us at the exit and was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend!

4.00Smooth communication with agent prior and driver. We got through customs / immigration pretty fast due to QR code so we ended up waiting for driver around 15-20 minutes. Hard to predict that so i was ok with it. Car was clean and comfortable.

5.00The driver did a great job of sending pictures to my whatsapp to find him. We weren't very good at deciphering the pictures but that's on us. Nice comfortable ride to our hotel in Yokohama. Do make sure you have your hotel contact/address info as there are multiple hotels with very similar sounding names & locations
