1.00Driver didn’t speak English. Ran over an island curb that resulted in flat front tire. Could not fix himself. We had to wait on the sidewalk in the cold. Another limo came to help change the tire but o Company would not change us to the new limo. It was a mess. Still charged me full price and we didn’t even see the whole tour due to time wasted on having to change tire. If we wanted to extend time I was told it would be an extra charge. Very disappointed with the entire experience from the driver to dispatch to office staff. No customer support !

5.00This tour was excellent. Our driver was Oleg and he was very caring, making sure we were comfortable and warm. It was a very, very cold and windy night. I have difficulty walking and he was very accommodating in helping me in and out of Van. The Van was spotless and very easy to enter. The tour was for my family and teenage grandchildren. They were delighted once we were in Dyker Heights. I could go on and on, but I will say the tour was excellent, but a bit expensive.
