Was a seamless trip. Was promptly picked up at hotel. Taken to airport. When we landed in Maui we were escorted directly to the tour bus. Greated by one of the best tour guides I've ever had anywhere. Very knowledgeable very funny. Beautiful tour drive. At the end we were returned to Maui Airport same person as morning walked us to security. When we got back to Honolulu they drove us back to are hotel. Wish I could give this trip more stars just for the tour guide him self.

Our flight was delayed over an hour but our guide made sure we didn't miss any of the beauty. The guide was very knowledgeable. Would have preferred to stop at a food truck area vs a box lunch, albiet was delicious and it was nice to eat at the beach

This was not enjoyable.. I didn't enjoy being on a bus for that long of a trip. The tour guide gave great information but also expected and demanded a minimum amount of a tip. A tip is voluntary in my opinion and this really turned me off. We got off the tour bus at the airport and the tour guide said: "Aren't you forgetting something? (re: the tip) and he had a small paper plate with writing on it in the front of the bus stating that a minimum of a $20 tip per person (or 20%) was required. The cost of the trip was already too much. Absolutely not worth the money. Book your own flight, rent a car and explore - you'll have a lot more fun!

Excursion starts with trip to the supermarket where breakfast (Starbucks sandwiches) is picked up --I'd suggest getting a few personal snacks, drinks, etc because it's a LONG day and you will definitely need them (especially if you have kids). We enjoyed the excursions--swimming in the waterfall & banana bread is worth the entire expense. However I almost wish I could have taken a helicopter back after half way because the last few hours was over rough road/terrain, which was excruciating for car sick kids. Overall though, although it consumed 1 whole day of our vacation, it was the highlight of our Maui visit.
