What To Expect
Shanghai Museum (Shanghai Bowuguan)
At 09:00 our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby in Shanghai city area. Your Shanghai day tour will start from Shanghai Museum. Established in 1952, Shanghai Museum has a collection of more than 120000 rare cultural pieces from the Old Stone Age to modern days.
Chenghuang Miao (Yuyuan Garden)
After the Chinese style lunch in a local restaurant(at your own expense), you will continue to visit the 450-year-old Yuyuan Garden, a famous classical Chinese style garden which was originally built in the Ming Dynasty. And then you will take a walk in the Yuyuan Market, a bustling place where you will meet some century-old restaurants, interesting souvenirs, and many authentic local snacks.

4.00We visited Beijing, Xian, Chengdu and Shanghai with China Xian Tours organizing all the travel between cities, accommodation in each city, transport in each city and visits to the various attractions in each city with English speaking guides. We enjoyed the culture and history of the country and the technology used in China was very impressive. The food was delicious and the people were very hospitable and helpful. It was a hectic but very enjoyable 10 day tour. The only thing we would change are the hotels in Xian, Chengdu and Shanghai. If not for the hotels booked for us in these 3 cities this would have been a 5 star review. CXT lost a star because of the hotels. Overall, we would recommend this tour operator to take you across China.
