Our one day wellness retreat was created for travelers who want a brief escape for a taste of Nepal's yoga traditions and nature. The retreat includes all of the benefits of our typical retreat in condensed format. We offer inclusive yoga classes tailored to all skill levels, introduction to pranayama and sound healing meditation, refreshing Jalneti session. Enjoy healthy homecooked vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One Day Retreat Schedule 7:30 AM CHECK IN and Tea Time 8:00 AM Jala Neti (nasal cleansing). 8:15 AM Yoga class (1.5 hour) with pranayama breathing, meditation, mantra, and mudra). 10:00 AM Breakfast 11:15 AM Hiking on Nagarkot Scenic Hiking Trail to Temples and Waterfalls 2:00 PM Lunch 3:00 PM Rest time (One Day Guests are welcome to use our facilities and showers) 5:30 PM Tea Time 6:00 PM Evening Yoga class (a more relaxing class with sound bath). 7:30 PM Dinner 8:00 PM CHECK OUT
