What To Expect
Once your booking is confirmed, an e-ticket will be sent via email containing all the details about your departure time and port location, based on the trip you selected. On the day of departure, please arrive at the harbor at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in. Our team at the harbor will assist and guide you to the correct boat. Please look for staff wearing official uniforms with the logo of the boat operator you chose. Be cautious of unknown individuals claiming to represent the fast boat company. After check-in, you will receive your boarding pass. Typically, boarding begins 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The trip duration ranges from 90 to 150 minutes, depending on sea conditions and the number of stops. The route offers scenic views across the Lombok Strait and may include stops at Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, or Bangsal, depending on your destination. Upon arrival at your destination port, you will disembark and continue your journey.

3.00You will receive a confirmation of the ferry in whatsapp. You will receive an entrance ticket upon check-in. You know, 30,000 taxes have to be paid all of a sudden. That should just be in the price. No problem, but the travelers who check in with me immediately find this all annoying and unnecessary. PLEASE NOTE the receipt you will receive is ALSO required at check-in later. This is NOT said to the travellers when paying. In short the trip is good, the hassle with ticket and tax is not good.
