We will walk at night to the jungle to see some mushrooms such as smoky mushroom and glowing mushroom,you also have possibility to see tiny monkey, the tarsier will welcome your night before sleep on the Klotok.

Tanjung Puting National Park is a national park in Indonesia located in the southeast part of West Kotawaringin Regency in the Indonesian province of Central Kalimantan (Central Borneo). The nearest main town is the capital of the Regency, Pangkalan Bun. The park is famous for its orangutan conservation.

5.00We did this tour for 3 days / 2 nights. And what can we say: It was simply breathtaking and truly wonderful. The pickup from our hotel went perfectly. Our guide Krishna explained a lot about the process on the way to the boat. We felt immediately welcomed. The crew (captain, assistant, cook) on board was also very nice, and we hardly noticed them during the days as they kept a low profile. The food was always freshly prepared and tasted very delicious. The excursions to the feeding sites were also great. Krishna always informed us in advance when the next excursion was scheduled. This way, we could relax and unwind on board in between. There were cool drinks and also a snack in between. The ride on the river and seeing the orangutans in the wild, not just at the feeding sites, was simply a dream. This tour will always remain in our hearts. It was simply wonderful, and we wholeheartedly recommend this tour. Also, a big thank you to Krishna once again.

5.00For us it was a 5+ star experience, absolutly unbelievable. We took a 4D/3N tour and everyday was full of highlights. The feeding stations, the nighwalk and the canoe tour, everything were the main attractions, but only sailing on the river and spotting the nature was an outstanding experience. The boat crew cares about us and made our stay unforgetable. The chef conjured up awonderful meals, everyday changing and always delicios. Our guide, krisna, was very competent, very helpful and very sympatic (like the whole crew). It was a huge pleasure to be with him. He brought us to the feeding stations and explained everything, he showed us many animals around (proboscis monkey, a viper, tarantulas, giant ants, a gibbon....) and fulfilled every of our wishes. For seeing orangutans and many, many other beautiful animals, a gargeous nature and being with very friendly people, a klotok tour with verada orangutan tour will (at least) meet your expectation. Ours were far exceeded

5.00We originally booked the 3 night tour, but ultimately cut it to 2 nights once we got on the tour. We saw so many orangutans and other monkeys and animals and had a wonderful experience overall. However, we underestimated how we’d handle the heat and humidity. That said, the company was extremely responsive and helpful. They arranged our pickups and drop offs, and arranged for us to have beer on board. If you want it, ask them in advance, but keep in mind, the bottles are 600ML. While we originally were concerned about mosquitos, they really weren’t front and center while on the boats. The mosquito nets were great and we had bug spray for the short walks to the feeding platforms. If you choose to do a tour to see the orangutans, use Varada Borneo.

5.00This trip is awesome. The guide was great, the food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled on a standard klotok. Amenities were rudimentary but adequate...what we expected. There is quite a bit of downtime between activities. Take a good book and don't forget a fan.

5.00We did the two-night tour so went to three feeding stations. The opportunity to see orang utans in the wild was just amazing and the boat trip was fantastic. Ivende our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m vegan and the freshly cooked food was delicious. Can highly recommend this tour.
Great I will repeat the tour if it turns out.

5.00Amazing experience!! I was on my own and I booked for a shared tour but no body else booked my same trip in low season so they gave me a Boat only for me. I chose 4d3n. Wonderfull. I have seen everything possible: orang utang, hornbill, monkey, ginbbon, varans, proposcis monkey..so exciting!! My guide, Jae, was great, kind and helpfull, very passionate about this job, everyone on that Boat treated me like a queen. The food was absolutely delicious!!! They cleaned the Boat several time per day and it was tidy as a 5 stars hotel. Great crew, great Captain. Everything absolutely perfect. I would have chosen a longer trip!

5.00This trip is fantastic and very much as described. We were a group of 4 adults and one 10-year old. We all loved it. You live completely on the deck of the ship, only the bathroom is below. It’s rustic living, much like camping except you get exceptional Indonesian meals. Our guide was great! Took care of things every step of the way. The night hike was the highlight in addition to the three feeding stations. But honestly, just sitting on lounge chairs and watching nature go by was the real treat. You will see all the animals you want both at the stations and in the trees around you. Know you will be part of a convey of other boats doing all the sane stops as you. All the companies have exactly the same agendas. I will say some of the other boats were slightly bigger and slightly nicer but the quality of our guide made up for it.

5.00We were picked up at the airport by Krisna (our guide) and then transferred by taxi to our boat where we met our captain, his assistant, and our cook. After a hearty breakfast we set sail for a truly outstanding 3 day 2 night experience. We must have seen a minimum of 40 orangutans plus numerous babies, and a minimum of 100 probiscous monkeys, and again 100 long tailed macaques..... No Gibbons sightings, but did hear one singing nearby our camp,along with numerous birds. The night walk was brilliant coming across a few sleeping birds,sleeping bat, creepy crawlies galore and a viper. The food was too much for us, but very tasty. The crew were great at spotting wildlife, and Krisna was extremely knowledgeable on all the wildlife we encountered. The boat was basic and engine a bit smoky when you went down to use the toilet, but the experience was unforgettable for all the right reasons. I was astounded how cheap the private tour package was....£500 total for the two of us. with all food, travel, national Park passes, and 4 people looking after us included. We would definitely recommend this company!!
