Picked up on time by Lee. He gave excellent commentary on our way to the Durack homestead and then to the Ord River for our cruise. Will was our boat driver and had extensive knowledge of the river, fauna and flora of the region. Most entertaining and the afternoon tea was very satisfying. Thanks to the girls who provided our scones, cakes and fruit. Great view of the sunset. Safely back, Lee waiting to return us to our accommodation. Thanks Lee for dropping us off to get our beverages and stopping to pick us up again! Wonderful day, highly recommend.

Our boat driver and guide, Trevor was very knowledgable, entertaining and a very skilled operator of the vessel. He was well prepared with a map of the Ord system to explain in detail where we were and what exactly we were seeing when they were pointed out. As well as learning about the irrigation sysrem, we were shown fresh water crocodiles and rock wallabies. The afternoon tea was delicious and sunset was spectacular as were the rock formations and sheer volume of water coming down after the huge but late wet season.

First class tour, with the man himself I suspect. Knew every bird, plant and probably crocodile along the whole journey.

Had the best day, Chris our driver gave a fun and informative narrative on way out to Lake Argyle. Chris then changed hats and became our skipper, again a very informative and engaging time with many stops as he spotted crocs, osprey, and other places of interest. A big shout out to Sue who cooked our scones for afternoon tea, and to Will the mechanic that ensured we had a very well maintained and reliable bus and boat
