Walking the grounds with an esteemed Alumni was a privilege. Our guide Ross engaged us with the history and perspective of Oxford at an easy pace. Schedule a tour for early in your visit because it imparts knowledge that adds to your whole experience of Oxford.

We visited Oxford for a weekend and booked this tour because we had been unable to enter the library on Saturday. According to a sign displayed in the street, this tour appeared to include a visit to the library, as well as a college and a few other stops. The company's website was not very clear either about exactly what was included. We took the tour on Sunday and, to be fair, the guides were excellent and provided lots of interesting information. However, we did not enter the library itself. We only visited the Divinity School, which is not the library. The street advertisement also suggested that the Harry Potter dining hall was included, but this was not part of the tour either. Overall, the tour is worthwhile and the guides do a great job, but it is important to clarify that this tour does not include access to the interior of the library. Clearer information in the advertising and on the website would help avoid misunderstandings and disappointment.

The Oxford walking tour led by alumni is well worth doing. Our guide was Will a Masters student. Very knowledgeable, insider view of college life. Lots of interesting facts. Good fun. Good to support these guys whilst they study.

Sam was an amazing tour guide. He, rather impressively, narrated a thousand years of British history as it relates Oxford in an engaging story telling way. It was such a cool way to experience the university.

I had an amazing tour throughout the University, I was really fascinated by its beauty. Above all the guide, Elena made it really interesting. I love History l, especially medieval since childhood watching The Sword in the Stone and having someone to talk about it as the group moved around was a delight. Elena should be given more tours and more payment, there will be a lot of 5 star reviews. Thank you Elena, hope to read your works soon!

Outstanding tour with Riccardo. Very knowledgeable. Able to answer well all questions asked of him. Very aware of other groups & made sure we did not clash by observing who was where so we went into smaller rooms when no other group was present for best experience. Spotted group was too big so got another guide so 2 smaller groups, Highly recommend

Highly Recommend the tour with Sam! Full of knowledge, wisdom and fun stories, he guided us throught Oxford from the very beginnings to now. His skills of Stoytelling made all the history lessons super interesting and easy to follow along. Furthermore one gets an imagination of the life as a student at this historic University and Sam shares some personal experiences es well.
