Loved learning about the coffee process. Alan was a great instructor in teaching me and my family about Panamanian coffee. Beautiful experience for coffee lovers who want to learn about the specialty process. Alan was very friendly, great, & helpful in answering questions that were asked. Alan and Julio do a fantastic job of explaining the nuances of great coffee. They are able to accommodate beginners to experts. I highly recommend spending an hour and a half. A must do in Panama City.
