1.00Driver was very rude and didn’t provide service fee. Until arrived at destination and was extremely expensive with no explanation. Charged $30 for a multiple passenger cab ride which should have cost less than $20

1.00I submitted a reservation from St. Thomas airport to Red Hook ferry for 5 people. Immediately got a response from Viator that my reservation was pending but then, nothing for 4 days. On the 4th day, I got an email that they declined our reservation - they gave no reason. If they just don't want to do it, why didn't they tell us that in the first place?
